At World’s Finest Chocolate (WFC), our top priority is the safety and well-being of our communities. We take this responsibility seriously, and in alignment with the Safe Food for Canadians Act, we are implementing changes to our return policy effective July 1, 2024.
1. Opened case returns will no longer be accepted.
2. Unmarked, sealed cases may be returned to our facilities. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) must be requested and processed before any return to our warehouses can be accepted. To offset the costs associated with handling returns and their disposal, we will be implementing the following return processing fees (plus taxes):
· Flat Fee: $50
· Per Case Fee: $2.50
· Return Freight Charges: Applicable
3. Our Commitment to Quality: We understand that you expect only the safest and highest quality products from WFC. Rest assured, you will not be receiving products that have been previously returned from other customers. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and quality. We remain committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations.
